Community Seeds

Community SEEDS provides an independent consultancy service to community groups/voluntary sector organisations that want to initiate and participate fully in regeneration initiatives. We adopt a community development and empowerment approach throughout our work which enables the client / group / community to continue to build on what has been done and helps towards their long term sustainability and development.

Community SEEDS also acts as a regeneration consultancy undertaking work for the public, private and community sectors.

Currently the services we offer include:

research and community consultation,
business planning and feasibility studies
fundraising and tendering
community governance
establishing voluntary organisation web presence and marketing
project development including developing project briefs, options appraisals, identifying and appointing other consultants,
technical advice covering organisational types and structures, architecture, and finance
evaluation, social accounting and reporting
community participation and development
community research.
