Lisa carried out a business planning and feasibility study exercise for Bestwood Advice Centre. (This work was carried out on behalf of Think Tanc Ltd.)
This work included:
- mapping provision, service usage and needs analysis,
- carrying out SWOT and Risk analyses,
- supporting the management committee in establishing a vision and an action plan,
- designing and analysing community and staff surveys,
- sketching plans of the premises with views of extension,
- establishing financial and staffing forecasts
